I was fortunate enough to have attended Ms. Rothschild’s Quality Management and Productivity course as part of my under-graduate degree. She was always supportive and best of all, modeled the concepts for quality management around real world examples. At the time, I was able to take many of the quality management concepts back to my IT Technical group of sixty people. This knowledge allowed the implementation of a quality management program tracking quality related incidents. The end result was a labor related cost savings along with a large increase in customer satisfaction.
